Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and property buyers.
- Explain residential plots, apartments, villas, and other property details.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Schedule property site visits for interested clients.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
