Job Description

We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to promote and sell residential plots, recruit Associate Partners (APs), and develop a strong sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sell residential plots through telecalling.
  • Explain project details and arrange customer site visits.
  • Recruit Associate Partners through telecalling.
  • Build, train, and motivate AP teams to generate sales.
  • Follow up with customers and achieve sales targets.
