Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:KRR INFOTECH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic finance product sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers navigate financial products. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our financial products, and guiding them through the application process.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell our range of financial products.
• Understand the needs and requirements of the customers and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to our products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Stay updated on the latest financial products and industry trends.
• Requirements:Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and convey complex financial products clearly and effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
