Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly business goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Support the team in promoting Banking Savings, Investment, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance products.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and policy processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking/insurance guidelines.
- EligibilityMinimum 2+ years of experience in Sales or Team Handling.
- Experience in Banking, Savings, Investment, Life Insurance, or Health Insurance is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
