Job DescriptionPosition: Tele-Sales Executive

Company: Smart Skill Academy

Location: Triplicane Branch, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
  • Explain Smart Skill Academy's courses, benefits, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Generate enquiries and convert leads into student admissions.
  • Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Handle questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for successful enrolment.
  • Maintain good relationships with students and prospective customers.
  • Submit daily call, follow-up, and conversion reports.
  • RequirementsGood Tamil and English communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive telephone communication.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, counselling, or education you need this as sales is an advantage.
