Telesales Executive

Engage with inbound leads promptly and professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

●Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and assess fit for InstaRewards.Qualify leads based on defined criteria and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

●Hand off qualified opportunities to the senior BD team with relevant context.Nurture prospects who are not yet ready through consistent and timely follow-up.Support the team with outreach campaigns, prospect research, and lead data management.

●Share structured pipeline updates at defined intervals as per internal reporting requirementsCoordinate with the marketing team and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.MBA in Marketing (Mandatory).Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.Language Skills ●Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.

●Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in all three languages spoken and written.Skills and Mindset

●Excellent verbal communication with a warm, professional telephone and video presence.

●Good listening skills with the ability to understand business needs and ask relevant questions.

●Willingness to learn about digital rewards, QR technology, and B2B SaaS solutions.

●Organised and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups without dropping the leads.

●Comfortable with CRM tools, basic Excel, and digital communication platforms.
