Telesales Executive

• Handle customer enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, phone calls, marketplaces, social media and other digital channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, application and budget.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, availability and offers.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers until closure.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Share product catalogues, quotations, product images and other relevant information with customers.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce, Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and lost leads.
• Ensure all customer queries and complaints are addressed or properly escalated.
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and service quality.
• Analyse non-converted enquiries and identify reasons for lost sales.

Participate in promotional campaigns and special sales activities conducted by the E-commerce team.

Required Skills

• Good coordination and time-management skills.

Experience

Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in:

• E-commerce sales
• Pre-sales / Inside Sales
• Tele-sales
• Customer support with sales responsibility
• Online sales / marketplace sales
• HORECA / Kitchen Equipment / Consumer Products

Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
