Job Description

Regenxgen, a growing medical device company, is looking for a Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end tender process from identification to submission and closure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GeM is mandatory.
  • Manage GeM bidding, Reverse Auctions, product listing and order processing.
  • Handle government hospital/institutional tenders.
  • Prepare technical & commercial documents and ensure timely submissions.
  • Track tender results, POs and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of tender management experience.
  • Well versed with GeM portal and government procurement processes.
  • Medical device/pharma/healthcare tender experience preferred.
  • Good communication, Excel and documentation skills.
