Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and assist with month-end closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support the finance team with audits and other accounting requirements.
