Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and systems.
