Accountant

Aqua Pure Plus is looking for a responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to manage inventory, stock movement, product dispatch and material requirements for our Sales, Service and Installation Teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, basic inventory management knowledge and the ability to ensure timely material availability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily stock of Water Softeners, RO Systems, spare parts and accessories.
• Coordinate material requirements with Sales, Service and Installation Teams.
• Ensure a minimum of 7 days of essential stock availability.
• Prepare and maintain stock inward and outward records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely material delivery.
• Arrange product dispatches based on confirmed customer orders.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters and delivery teams.
• Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel or inventory software.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and prevent stock shortages.
• Track pending orders, dispatch schedules and delivery confirmations.
• Report damaged, missing or excess materials to management.
• Coordinate with the Finance Team for purchase bills and stock reconciliation.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Daily Performance ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate daily stock reports.
• Ensure timely dispatch of confirmed customer orders.
• Coordinate material availability for scheduled installations.
• Maintain minimum stock levels.
• Update all stock inward and outward transactions daily.
• Follow up on pending supplier deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation for every material movement.
• Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in Inventory Management, Storekeeping, Warehouse Operations or Material Coordination preferred.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and purchase documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with Sales, Service, Finance and Logistics Teams.
• Honest, responsible, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Experience in Water Treatment, Electrical, Plumbing or Home Appliance industries is an added advantage.
