Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping.
• Tally knowledge is mandatory.
• Collect bills, invoices, and expense details from staff and vendors and properly record them.
• Enter all income, expenses, purchases, and other transactions accurately in Tally.
• Process and record vendor payments.
• Maintain proper records of outstanding vendor payments and expenses.
• Ensure all accounting entries are updated regularly and with high accuracy.
• Reconcile records and verify bills before making entries or payments.
• Maintain organized physical and digital copies of bills and invoices.
• Assist in preparing accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) reports and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with management and provide financial data whenever required.
• RequirementsStrong knowledge and working experience in Tally is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collect, organize, and maintain bills and financial documents properly.
• Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
• Responsible, organized, and able to handle company financial data confidentially.

We are looking for an accountant who can maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts, as precise bookkeeping is essential for us to understand the actual profitability and P&L of the company.
