Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Handle GST, TDS and other accounting-related compliances.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial records.
  • Manage billing, accounts payable and vendor payments.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely entries.
  • Handle accounting software such as Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
  • Reconcile bank, customer and vendor accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders regarding accounts-related matters.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of Tally Prime.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of GST and TDS.
  • Good bookkeeping and billing skills.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Good knowledge of MIS reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.
