Job Description
Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Record and verify sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, and payment transactions.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Perform bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Verify invoices, bills, supporting documents, and payment requests.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external auditors.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
Support the Finance Manager/Accounts Manager in various finance-related activities.
