Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify property documents, ownership records, and title deeds.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and identify any property-related legal issues.
  • Prepare and review sale agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and other legal documents.
  • Check EC, Patta, Chitta, FMB, approvals, and other relevant property records.
  • Coordinate with registration offices, government departments, and other legal authorities.
  • Provide legal guidance for property purchase, sale, development, and registration.
  • Handle property disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain proper records of legal documents and property files.
  • Support the company in resolving legal issues related to customers, landowners, and properties.
