Anchor / Video Jockey / Video Presenter

Job Description

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Video Jockey (VJ) who can present engaging video content for our clients, in-house brands, and digital media channels.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a natural on-camera presence, and the ability to prepare content and present both short-form and long-form videos.

• Present video content for our clients, in-house brands, and digital media channels.
• Host podcast sessions, interviews, expert conversations, and business discussions.
• Present Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
• Deliver long-form videos, monologues, educational videos, and detailed topic-based presentations.
• Research topics and prepare scripts, content outlines, hooks, and presentation points.
• Generate creative content ideas based on audience interests, current trends, and client requirements.
• Explain topics related to business, digital marketing, technology, AI, and other relevant subjects in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
• Adapt presentation style, tone, and language according to different brands, audiences, and video formats.
• Coordinate with the content, video production, and editing teams to ensure smooth video production.
• Attend shoots at our studio and external locations, including client premises, when required.
• Participate in pre-production activities such as script discussions, rehearsals, and shoot planning.
• Maintain professional grooming, clear pronunciation, good body language, and consistent on-camera performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends, presentation techniques, and digital content formats.

Required Skills

• Excellent Tamil communication skills and good English communication skills.
• Strong on-camera confidence, voice clarity, pronunciation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak naturally and confidently without depending entirely on memorised scripts.
• Good content research, scriptwriting, storytelling, and idea-generation skills.
• Ability to present both short-form and long-form video content.
• Strong interviewing, hosting, and audience-engagement skills.
• Creativity, adaptability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a creative and production team.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience as a Video Jockey, Video Presenter, Anchor, Host, YouTuber, Content Creator, or Podcast Host is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, and digital media content.
• Experience in scriptwriting, teleprompter presentation, or live hosting is an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong on-camera confidence may also apply.

We are looking for someone who can do more than just read a script — someone who can research, prepare, present, engage audiences, and represent different brands confidently on camera.
