We are looking for a hands-on Architect with strong construction and interior execution knowledge who can take ownership of site execution, coordinate teams and ensure projects are delivered with quality and precision.

💰 Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience, technical knowledge and execution capability.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Handle and monitor day-to-day interior site execution.

* Read, understand and execute architectural and interior working drawings.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants and vendors.

* Plan and monitor site activities according to project schedules.

* Coordinate carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, false ceiling and other interior works.

* Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

* Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.

* Monitor workmanship, finishing quality and detailing.

* Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.

* Coordinate material requirements with procurement and vendors.

* Monitor labour and subcontractor activities.

* Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports.

* Maintain site documentation, measurements and execution records.

* Track project progress and highlight delays or issues to management.

* Coordinate multiple trades and ensure smooth workflow at site.

* Assist with BOQ, quantity checking and estimation whenever required.

* Ensure timely completion and professional handover of projects.

🛠️ Skills Required

Must Have:

* B.Arch qualification

* 2–5 years relevant experience

* Strong interior execution knowledge

* Practical construction knowledge

* Good understanding of architectural & interior drawings

* AutoCAD proficiency

* Site measurement and execution knowledge

* Vendor/subcontractor coordination

* Client coordination

* Knowledge of BOQ and quantities

* Problem-solving ability

Added Advantage:

* SketchUp / 3D knowledge

* Experience with premium residential interiors

* Commercial interior project experience

* Knowledge of modular furniture and interior finishes

* Experience managing multiple sites

👤 Candidate Requirements

✅ Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions

Important: This is an execution-focused Architect position. Candidates with only drafting/design experience and limited site execution exposure may not be suitable.
