AREA MANAGER – TAMIL NADU

*Location:* Chennai, Tamil Nadu
*Position:* Area Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Field Recruiters in the assigned area.
- Lead and support a team of 6–10 Recruiters
- Monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
- Handle Store visits and support recruitment activities across assigned locations.
- Growth and career development opportunities
- Experience candidates preferred
- Experience in *recruitment, HR, staffing, manpower management, or team handling* is preferred.
- Bike is mandatory* for field work.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve recruitment and guide team.
### Salary & Benefits
- *Salary:* ₹27,000 + PF + ESI + Incentives
