Job Description
Field Sales Executive (B2B and enterprise sales ) | Chennai | Nexara Holidays
We are hiring a Target-Driven Corporate Sales Manager for our Chennai Branch.
Main Role:
To approach corporate companies and generate Group Tour bookings for Nexara Holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and approach IT Companies, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Banks & Big Corporates in Chennai
- Explain our International Tour Packages (Thailand, Bali, Dubai etc.) to HR/Admin/Management
- Generate Corporate Group Bookings and Employee Trip Bookings
- Build long-term relationship with corporate clients
- Achieve monthly fixed sales target
- Coordinate with branch team for booking closure
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 60,000 per month
- Travel Allowance + Other Allowances Provided
- High Incentives: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 per month (Target Based)
- Total Earning up to Rs. 1,60,000/month
- Promotion to Branch Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Min , 5+ Year Experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Field Sales
- Travel / Insurance / Banking sales experience preferred
- Excellent Communication in Tamil & English
- Must be Target-Oriented & Self-Motivated
- Bike Preferred for Field Visits
