Role Overview

CHENNAI is looking for enthusiastic individuals passionate about automobiles and technology.

This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a professional career in automotive lighting and

retrofit systems. No prior experience is required; complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in headlight and fog-lamp retrofit installations

• Learn precision disassembly and reassembly of headlights

• Work with projectors, wiring harnesses, and OEM-grade components

• Follow clean, ESD-safe installation standards

• Maintain workshop tools, cleanliness, and safety

• Support senior technicians during installations

• Perform basic testing, alignment, and quality checks

Training Provided

• Automotive lighting fundamentals (halogen/LED/laser)

• Retrofit quality standards and benchmarks

• Wiring discipline and electrical safety

• Use of professional tools and machines

• OEM-fit installation techniques

• Strong interest in automobiles or automotive technology

• Willingness to learn hands-on technical skills

Education

ITI/Diploma preferred but not mandatory. Freshers welcome.
