Job DescriptionNexa Floors is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, flooring, finishing, interior, or related civil works.

The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, quantity estimation, BOQ, client billing, subcontractor billing, rate analysis, invoice preparation, and coordination with site teams and clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTake accurate site measurements for flooring and finishing works.
• Prepare and verify BOQ and quantity calculations.
• Prepare client RA bills, running bills and final bills.
• Check and verify subcontractor bills against actual site measurements.
• Prepare measurement sheets and billing statements.
• Prepare quotations based on site measurements and project requirements.
• Handle extra items, variations and deviation quantities.
• Prepare rate analysis for new and additional works.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients.
• Track executed quantity, billed quantity and balance quantity.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, approvals, invoices and billing documents.
• Follow up with clients regarding bill approval and payment status.
• Identify billing discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
• Support project teams with quantity and cost-related information.
• Prepare regular billing and project status reports.
