Job Description

Manage Inbound, Outbound, WhatsApp Chat & Social Media Support for a Leading Hospital.


1. Manage a Team Size of 85+ Agents

2. Working Knowledge in Call Centre Technology ( like IVR, Soft phone, Skillset Mapping, CRM Application, WFM )

3. Daily MIS / Dashboard / Report preparation, Presentations for Client & Management, People Performance Management.

4. SOP drafting, Process Note, Quality Assurance.

5. Regularly conduct TNI / TNA and organise Soft Skill & Process Training.
