Brownie Staff

To prepare, bake, finish, pack and maintain Brownie Heaven products according to the company’s quality, hygiene, presentation and food-safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesBaking & Production

• Prepare brownie and bakery products according to approved recipes and procedures.
• Measure and use ingredients accurately as per standard quantities.
• Follow correct mixing, baking, cooling and storage procedures.
• Ensure products are baked properly and maintain consistent taste, texture and appearance.
• Prepare products according to daily production requirements.
• Follow FIFO and proper stock rotation practices.
• Check raw materials before use and report shortages or quality issues to the manager.
• Maintain proper product portion sizes and avoid unnecessary wastage.

Packing

• Pack brownies, cakes and other products neatly and securely.
• Ensure the correct product and quantity are packed for every order.
• Check packaging for cleanliness and proper sealing.
• Ensure delivery/takeaway orders are packed according to company standards.
• Add required cutlery, tissues, sauces, labels and other accompaniments wherever applicable.
• Double-check orders before handing them over to the counter/delivery team.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and wear the required uniform, hairnet and footwear.
• Keep the baking, preparation and packing areas clean and organised.
• Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils and work surfaces after use.
• Follow all food-safety and hygiene procedures.
• Store ingredients and finished products properly.
• Immediately report any contamination, spoilage or hygiene issue to the manager.
