About US

Motsop AI Technologies is a Startup Company, develops AI software solutions for the transport and logistics industry since 2024. We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional who understands the transportation sector and can help us acquire new customers for our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in the transport, logistics and fleet management industries.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Meet transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies and decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
• Conduct software demonstrations and explain the benefits of our solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales pipeline reports.
• Travel across Chennai and other locations in Tamil Nadu for customer meetings.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics or logistics software sales is strongly preferred.
• BE/BTech graduates preferred, particularly in Computer Science, IT, EEE, ECE, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to independently generate leads, conduct meetings and close sales.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field sales activities.
• Existing contacts in the transport and logistics industry will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work with small team.
