Job Description

  • Customer Acquisition: Source potential customers through cold calling, field visits, leads, or kiosks setup at high-traffic venues.
  • Product Pitching: Explain the features, benefits, reward systems, and fee structures of various credit card options to match customer lifestyles.
  • Documentation & KYC: Collect and verify required customer documents (such as identity proof, income proof, and photographs) to ensure a complete and accurate loan application file.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity metrics set by the management team.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up communication with prospective applicants from lead generation through approval and card activation.
  • Compliance: Strictly adhere to the organization's underwriting guidelines, compliance policies, and banking regulations.
  • Market Feedback: Stay informed about competitive financial products, fee structures, and market trends to deliver a convincing sales pitch.
