Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and take orders accurately.
  • Beverage & Food Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, and prepare light food items like pastries or sandwiches.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register or POS system and process payments.
  • Cleanliness: Clear tables, wash dishes, and sanitize work areas and equipment.
  • Stock Management: Restock displays and track inventory levels
