Cashier/ Biller/ Restaurant Helper/Chef

Restaurant Name: KUTTY PSA SEAFOOD RESTAURANT

Location: French Village Food Court,Pallavaram Raidal road

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month (depending on experience and position)

1. Cashier

Responsibilities:

Handle daily cash transactions.

Receive payments through cash, UPI and cards.

Maintain accurate cash records.

Coordinate with billing staff and restaurant team.

Handle customer payments professionally.

Complete daily cash closing and reconciliation.

Preferred: Previous cashier experience in a restaurant or hotel.

2. Billing Executive

Responsibilities:

Generate customer bills accurately.

Operate POS and restaurant billing software.

Manage dine-in and takeaway orders.

Coordinate with kitchen staff for order processing.

Verify bills and maintain billing records.

Ensure smooth and quick billing operations.

Preferred: Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience.

3. Restaurant Helper

Responsibilities:

Assist kitchen and service staff.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Support food preparation activities.

Arrange tables and restaurant setup.

Assist with packing takeaway orders.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Preferred: Previous hotel or restaurant experience.

4. Chef – Seafood Restaurant

Educational Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM).

Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts.

Relevant professional cooking experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Prepare seafood dishes according to restaurant recipes.

Handle fish cleaning, cutting and preparation.

Prepare and maintain seafood masalas and gravies.

Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.

Manage kitchen operations during working hours.

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.

Coordinate with kitchen helpers and service staff.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in seafood restaurants, hotels or professional kitchens.
