Job Description

Pure Pilates | Chennai

We’re looking for a warm, confident & proactive people-person to be the face of Pure Pilates and create a premium experience for every client.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome clients and create a warm studio experience
  • Handle enquiries, trials, bookings & memberships
  • Explain membership options and assist with conversions
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients
  • Manage client communication via WhatsApp, calls & app
  • Coordinate with trainers for smooth studio operations
  • Maintain the studio’s presentation and overall client experience

What we’re looking for Excellent spoken English

  • Warm, friendly & confident personality
  • Strong communication & basic sales skills
  • Organised, proactive & responsible
  • Customer-service mindset
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls & basic computer/app use
  • Interest in Pilates / fitness / wellness is a plus
