Job Title: CNC Machine Operator / VTL Operator / VMC Operator (3-Axis & 5-Axis)

Job Locations: Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, Chengalpattu & Mahindra City, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma


Job Responsibilities:


  • Operates CNC machines, Vertical Lathe, VTL, and VMC 3axis & 5 axis machines as per production requirements.
  • Perform machining operations according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Set up machines, load and unload components, and monitor machining cycles.
  • Understand technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
  • Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and gauges.
  • Inspect finished components and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify basic machine issues and report technical problems to the supervisor.
  • Follow production targets, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
  • Required SkillsHands-on experience in CNC machining operations.
  • Experience in VTL, VMC 3-Axis, or VMC 5-Axis machines, depending on the position.
  • Knowledge of machine setting, tool changing, and component inspection.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, quality standards, and shop-floor safety.

We are looking for skilled and experienced candidates for CNC machining operations in manufacturing industries. Candidates should have hands-on experience operating CNC machines, Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL), and VMC machines (3-Axis and 5-Axis).
