Construction / Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction / Site Supervisor to supervise day-to-day site activities, coordinate workers, monitor work progress, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. The candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction and site activities.

Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed as per project requirements.

Coordinate with workers, contractors, and other site teams.

Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.

Read and understand technical drawings and layouts.

Use AutoCAD for reviewing and supporting site-related drawings.

Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates.

Ensure safety standards and site procedures are followed.

Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Diploma

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

English: Basic English

Day Shift – Full Time

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
