Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can help us build a strong presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging real-estate content, especially short-form videos/Reels that educate, entertain, and generate enquiries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos
• Develop creative content ideas around real estate, property, investment, Chennai, and lifestyle
• Write simple, engaging video scripts and hooks
• Shoot videos using smartphones/cameras and manage basic lighting and audio
• Edit Reels and short-form videos with strong pacing, captions, transitions, music, and effects
• Coordinate with the team for property shoots, walkthroughs, and on-location content
• Research current social-media trends, viral formats, sounds, and content ideas
• Create content that improves views, engagement, followers, leads, and brand awareness
• Design basic thumbnails, social-media creatives, and promotional content when required
• Maintain a consistent brand style across all platforms
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Good knowledge of video shooting and editing
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
• Ability to write conversational and engaging scripts
• Strong understanding of social-media trends
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
• Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus
• Basic knowledge of real estate/property content is an advantage
