Job Description
- Manage and supervise counter sales operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Handle customer relationships and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain jewellery stock coordination and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor team performance.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in jewellery retail sales and team management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products and sales techniques.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
