Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
  • Follow up with customers and discuss payment commitments.
  • Explain payment-related information clearly and professionally.
  • Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
  • Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned calling and collection targets.
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Strong verbal communication in Kannada or Telugu.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable handling customer calls and working with targets.
  • BPO, Telecalling, Customer Care or Collection experience is an added advantage.
