About the RoleJyothi Textiles & Dresses is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join its frontline retail team.

The Trainee – Customer Service Associate will interact directly with customers, understand their requirements, assist them in choosing suitable products, support the sales process and help deliver a positive showroom experience.

Previous textile or retail experience is not mandatory. Selected candidates will be provided with the required training.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and preferences.
• Help customers identify and select suitable products.
• Explain basic product features and options.
• Support the overall showroom sales process.
• Maintain a polite, positive and service-oriented approach with customers.
• Assist with product display and general showroom upkeep.
• Learn textile and product-related information through training.
• Work collaboratively with other showroom team members.
• Maintain expected customer service and workplace standards.
