Job Description

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails and WhatsApp.
  • Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist with product queries, warranty claims and service requests.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for issue resolution.
  • Track and monitor service requests until closure.
  • Maintain customer interaction and complaint records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
  • Update customers on service status and timelines.
  • Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.
