Job Description – Customer Support Executive
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Reminder Calling
Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle reminder calls to existing/logged-in customers before their due dates. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, providing timely reminders, answering basic queries, and maintaining proper call records.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make reminder calls to already registered/logged-in customers before their payment or service due dates.
- Inform customers about upcoming due dates and encourage timely completion of payments/services.
- Handle customer queries related to due dates, payments, and account details.
- Follow up with customers who have not completed the required payment/action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up status.
- Ensure a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every call.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Only Kannada, Malayalam, or Telugu-speaking candidates can apply.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu is mandatory.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update customer records.
- Positive attitude and good customer-handling skills.
