Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers upon scheme closure/maturity to verify customer details and cheque requirements.
• Conduct customer verification calls for changes in name, date of birth, mobile number, and other customer details.
• Verify customer information against available records and identify discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers for KYC updation and required supporting documents.
• Verify KYC status before processing or releasing customer cheques.
• Ensure cheques are not processed/released for non-KYC customers until the required KYC is completed.
• Coordinate with showroom teams for customer verification, KYC completion, corrections, and pending documentation.
• Ensure customer details and KYC status are accurately updated in the system.
• Maintain records of customer calls, verification status, KYC status, discrepancies, and cheque processing.
• Follow up on pending customer confirmations, KYC documents, and required corrections.
• Escalate discrepancies or unusual customer information to the concerned team for verification.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to scheme closure, customer verification, KYC status, and cheque processing.
• Support Internal Audit by maintaining proper documentation and records for audit verification.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. B.Com / BBA / BCA / related qualification preferred.

Experience: 1–4 years of relevant experience in Call Center, Customer Verification, KYC, Back Office, Audit Support, or Customer Service operations.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Tamil. Knowledge of Telugu and Kannada is preferred.
