Customer Support Executive

Dr Herbal is a Siddha-based hair-care clinic looking for a friendly, responsible customer support executive to handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp. The role includes customer support, sales follow-ups and coordinating doctor consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers who enquire through our advertisements, social media and WhatsApp.
• Understand their requirements and explain our consultation and ordering process clearly.
• Coordinate with the doctor for medical questions and treatment recommendations.
• Explain doctor-recommended products, prices, payment options and delivery details accurately.
• Follow up with interested customers and help them complete their orders.
• Respond politely to WhatsApp messages and customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer details, call notes and follow-up dates in our CRM.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team for order and delivery updates.
• Work towards agreed customer-service and sales targets.
• Handle customer information confidentially and avoid making false promises.

Candidate Requirements

• Clear Tamil communication and good listening skills.
• Basic English reading and typing skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and a computer.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales or WhatsApp sales preferred.
• Ability to follow up consistently and handle customer objections politely.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Strong freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling enquiries for clinics, healthcare services, beauty businesses or online products is an advantage.
