TELECOLLECTION EXECUTIVE – BANKING PROCESS

*Job Summary:*


We are looking for motivated and customer-focused **Telecollection Executives** to join our Banking Process team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, following up on payment commitments, and achieving assigned collection targets through professional communication.


 *Key Responsibilities:*


* Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan/credit payments.

* Follow up with customers on pending payments and payment commitments.

* Explain payment details and assist customers with payment-related queries.

* Maintain accurate customer and call records.

* Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

* Handle customer conversations professionally and courteously.

* Coordinate with the team and submit regular updates.


 *Eligibility:*


* Qualification: **10th / 12th / Any Degree**

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer knowledge preferred.

* Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
