Associate Dentist —SmileWorx is looking for a skilled, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing clinic. We follow an ethical, evidence-based, and esthetic dentistry approach, with a strong focus on honest diagnosis, clear patient communication, and high-quality treatment outcomes. Ethical practice requires placing patient welfare first and maintaining quality care

• Key responsibilities conduct thorough clinical examinations, make sound diagnoses, and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform basic dental procedures confidently, including scaling, fillings/restorations, root canal treatment, extractions where competent, and management of common dental conditions.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, costs, risks, and alternatives clearly to patients.
• Handle patient consultations professionally and convert genuine treatment needs through ethical case presentation—not overselling.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, follow sterilization and infection-control protocols, and support smooth clinic operations.
• Coordinate and cross-refer appropriately with our Wellness division (hair and skin) and in-house specialists when clinically relevant.
• Work collaboratively with the team, accept feedback and constructive criticism positively, and continuously improve clinical and communication skills.
• What we are looking for BDS with valid registration; 0–3 years of clinical experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may apply.
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry, diagnosis, treatment planning, and basic procedures.
• Good communication skills, patient empathy, and a professional appearance.
• Interest in esthetic dentistry, patient conversion, and comprehensive care.
• Willingness to learn, follow clinic protocols, and grow with the SmileWorx team.
