Job Description


  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day production and shop floor operations
  • Learn to operate and monitor machines such as CNC, lathe, milling, press and welding equipment
  • Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
  • Assist in inspection and quality checks using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.)
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic GD&T symbols
  • Record production, rejection and downtime data accurately
  • Support 5S, Kaizen, safety and other continuous improvement activities
  • Help prepare reports, work instructions and SOPs
  • Follow safety rules and use PPE at all times
  • Take part in training programs and complete assigned tasks and projects
