Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google. The candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, monitoring and optimizing campaigns to generate qualified leads while maintaining an efficient cost per lead.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Run lead-generation, website conversion, remarketing and brand-awareness campaigns on Meta.
• Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns based on business requirements.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research for campaign planning.
• Set up campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, placements and schedules.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as leads, cost per lead, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
• Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, campaign structures and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop images, videos and ad copy based on campaign requirements.
• Set up and verify tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor advertising budgets and ensure effective utilization of campaign spend.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly campaign-performance reports.
• Stay updated with Meta and Google advertising policies, platform changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience in running paid lead-generation campaigns.
• Ability to independently create, manage and optimize advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, bidding and budget allocation.
• Experience with Google Search, Display, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Good understanding of campaign metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Experience in real-estate lead-generation campaigns would be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
