Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products, services, and offers in the customer's preferred language. Generate quali ied leads and convert them into sales. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Update customer interactions in the CRM/system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
