Job Description
Handle loan recovery and collection activities from customers.
Contact customers through calls and field visits regarding pending payments.
Explain outstanding amounts and repayment options to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.
Coordinate with the team and submit regular collection reports.
