Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer with good electrical and mechanical knowledge to handle machine troubleshooting, servicing, installation, and field support. Freshers with strong electrical knowledge are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in machines.

• Diagnose faults in electrical panels, wiring, motors, sensors, and control systems.

• Perform machine servicing, maintenance, installation, and commissioning as required.

• Handle basic PLC troubleshooting and programming-related issues.

• Understand electrical circuits, control panels, and machine components.

• Coordinate with customers and provide on-site technical support.

• Visit customer sites/field locations whenever service or breakdown support is required.

• Prepare basic service reports and maintain service records.

• Ensure timely resolution of machine-related issues.

• Good knowledge of electrical systems and electrical panels.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machines.

• Basic PLC knowledge is required.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
