Job Description

Problem Solving: Investigate equipment failures or malfunctions and recommend effective fixes.

Documentation: Write technical reports, operation manuals, and maintain clear design specifications

Shadowing & Learning: Attend team meetings, observe shop-floor or site operations, and learn company-specific tools, standards, and safety compliances.

Project Support: Assist in conducting technical research, performing basic design calculations, and executing routine testing or analysis.

Documentation & Reporting: Compile project data, draft daily progress reports, and maintain clear records of measurements or inspections

Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (such as quality control, production, and maintenance) to support task execution
