Job Description – Field Executive (Loan Recovery)
Company: Turant Paisa
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Department: Loan Recovery / Field Collections
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + incentives (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Visit customers for loan repayment follow-ups and overdue EMI collections.
- Communicate with borrowers and explain pending dues and repayment options.
- Follow up on payment commitments and maintain regular customer contact.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Update collection status, visit reports, and payment details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Recovery Team and report daily collection performance.
- Maintain professional conduct and follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Language: Fluent in Tamil and English is mandatory; Telugu or other local language is an added advantage.
- Local Knowledge: Good knowledge of Chennai and nearby areas.
- Experience: Experience in loan recovery, field collections, microfinance, or EMI collections preferred.
- Requirements: Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatoy.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
