Job Role: Field Collection Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Collect overdue payments through field visits.
  • Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets.
  • Maintain accurate payment records and daily reports.
  • Handle customer queries and payment-related issues.
  • Ensure timely collections while following company policies.
