Field Marketing Executive

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

We' re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Community Growth Executive to build Kapzo's presence across neighbourhoods and residential communities in Chennai.

This is a hands-on field role. You will spend most of your time on the ground visiting apartments, meeting resident associations, activating communities, working with pharmacies and local businesses, and making Kapzo visible and trusted in the neighbourhood.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨’𝗟𝗟 𝗗𝗢

• Visit apartment communities, RWAs, local businesses and high-footfall areas to introduce Kapzo and drive community adoption.
• Identify and build relationships with apartment association members, managers and other local community stakeholders.
• Plan and execute apartment activations, awareness drives, stalls, campaigns and other on-ground initiatives.
• Drive Kapzo app downloads, registrations, first orders and customer engagement during community activations.
• Visit partner pharmacies and ensure Kapzo branding, QR codes, posters, standees and other marketing materials are properly deployed and maintained.
• Execute hyperlocal campaigns across residential areas, streets and neighbourhoods.
• Coordinate with printing, branding, activation and other local vendors whenever required.
• Collect customer and community feedback and share insights with the team.
• Identify new apartment communities, pharmacies, local businesses and other opportunities for Kapzo.
• Maintain daily records of visits, activations, leads, customer acquisition and campaign outcomes.
• Take ownership of the assigned territory and continuously identify new ways to increase Kapzo’s local visibility and usage.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘’𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥

• Preferred if experience in field marketing, BTL, sales, community engagement, healthcare, pharma, FMCG or similar roles.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in field work are welcome.
• Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations.
• Fluent in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
• Energetic, confident and comfortable spending most of the day in the field.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Communities activated • Residents reached • New customers acquired • First orders generated • Repeat usage from activated communities • Pharmacy and local partner activations • Quality and consistency of on-ground execution

This is not a desk marketing role.
