Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Operations Executive to support the day-to-day field operations of our home healthcare services.
The role involves coordinating and deploying caregivers, nurses, and other field staff to patient locations, accompanying staff to patient homes when required, handholding them during deployment, coordinating with patients and their families, and ensuring completion of consent forms and other service-related documentation.
The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel within Chennai and should have good communication and coordination skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the deployment of caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare staff to patient homes.
- Accompany and handhold newly deployed staff during their initial visit to the patient location.
- Introduce the assigned staff to the patient and family members and ensure a smooth handover.
- Explain basic service procedures and company requirements to deployed staff.
- Collect patient/family consent forms, joining/deployment documents, and other required service documents.
- Ensure all required documents are properly completed and submitted to the office.
- Coordinate staff replacement and emergency deployment requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, availability, punctuality, and deployment status.
- Visit patient locations regularly to check service quality and staff performance.
- Maintain good communication with patients, family members, caregivers, and nurses.
- Handle staff and patient-related issues and coordinate with the concerned HR/Operations team for resolution.
- Follow up with field staff regarding duty schedules and patient requirements.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, patient-care guidelines, and professional standards.
- Maintain daily field visit, deployment, consent, attendance, and service reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Support patient onboarding and service commencement activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide operational support as required.
- Handle urgent staffing requirements and arrange replacements when necessary.
- Ensure timely reporting of any patient or staff-related issues to the management.
- Perform other field operations duties assigned by the management.
- EligibilityDiploma / Any Degree or relevant qualification.
- 0-1 years of experience in field operations, healthcare, hospitals, home healthcare, manpower, delivery operations, or staff coordination is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.
- Good Tamil communication is required.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel is an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel within Chennai.
- Should have good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
